Welcome to Sims-On. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Lead2Sale L.L.C., Flakadanët e Lirisë 9, 71510 Elez Han, Kosovo (NUI 812295790), trading as "Sims-On" ("we", "us"). These terms apply to all contracts between us and our customers for the sale of eSIM data plans.

2. The service

We sell data plans for eSIMs used in mobile devices. The mobile network service itself is supplied by our partner YeSIM and its local roaming partners. Delivery is digital, by QR code and activation email.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is formed by your order and our confirmation by email. The email contains the QR code and activation instructions.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed by the hosted payment gateway RaiAccept (Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo). Card data is entered directly on the RaiAccept page; Sims-On does not receive card data. On your card statement the charge appears as "SIMS-ON" or "LEAD2SALE".

5. Provisioning and activation

The eSIM is digital content. It is delivered immediately after payment confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device supports eSIM and that data roaming settings are configured correctly.

6. Right of withdrawal and its expiry

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content this right expires once supply has begun with your prior express consent (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). By activating your eSIM you give this consent and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal.

8. Availability and quality of service

Service quality (connection speed, availability, network quality) depends on the local roaming partner and its mobile network. It may be affected by maintenance, location, weather, device settings or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee a specific speed or uninterrupted availability.

9. Fair use

"Unlimited" data plans are intended for personal use only. Tethering, server hosting, commercial bandwidth resale, or VPN abuse to circumvent local restrictions are not permitted and may result in service limitation.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit, business interruption, or damages caused by factors beyond our control (network quality, customer device, behavior of third parties). Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM plan, but no more than EUR 100. Mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and under consumer protection law is unaffected.

12. Intellectual property

All rights in the Sims-On brand, design, texts, and software remain with Lead2Sale L.L.C. or the respective licensors.

13. Data protection

Information on the processing of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Kosovo apply. The place of jurisdiction is Pristina. Mandatory consumer protection law of the customer's country of residence remains unaffected (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Material changes are communicated by email.
